More Dreams about Reiki all night! When I posted the comment on my Facebook yesterday that Reiki was my life, I obviously was not kidding myself! :)
Pre-Session:
Woke up this morning experiencing pain in my back and sinus congestion. Hoping that today's self-healing will alleviate both. Also feel a strong sense that something is off.
Post-Session:
Each time I perform a self-healing I feel the energy growing. After today's session my breathing became clear and the pain in my back seemed to ease. During the session my spirit guides revealed to me that my solar plexus chakra was out of alignment, (This explains my sense of feeling that something was off.), so after the initial self-healing I place a ball of healing energy, as instructed, directly into my solar plexus chakra and imagined it expanding from my core outward and aligning all 7 chakras at once. I felt the energy flow much stronger after this and my spirit guides revealed that the alignment was complete. I had never experienced this communication with my spirit guides during a Reiki session before. I feel it was very helpful and I hope to receive their assistance again in the future as I perform Reiki on my future clients.
I am feeling much better now. I could tell pre-session that something was off and post session everything feels in balance once again. I feel much more focused and my spirit body now feels more aligned with my physical body. I love the way Reiki makes me feel whole inside. It is my hope that my future clients and students will feel the same thing I do. Feeling energized and very blessed!
