Pre-Session:
I think my body is beginning to detox just like Dharmadevi said it would. Woke up with pain in my abdomen and back in the solar plexus region and could feel my stomach churning as well as my sinuses draining. Will attempt today's self-healing to ease the pain from the detox.
Post-Session:
Nasal passages are now clear. Pain in abdomen began to lessen immediately and is now gone. My Divine Mother, Cerridwen, has truly given me the means to heal my mind, body, and spirit through Reiki and the Spirit of Awen. Blessed Be!
Came to a realization: Auric Energy, Pranic Energy, Reiki, and Awen are all different names for the same energy. Strangely I originally learned about Auric and Pranic Energy by studying the energy vampire phenomena.
My First Non-Self Healing:
I am feeling a great sense of peace as if my empathic ability that I have been dealing with since childhood is being channeled and has now finally found a home through the practice of Reiki.
I have been working for the past few days on self-healing. Today, for the very first time and after my own self-healing session, I healed my life partner Tim after he woke up this morning with a bloody nose and sever head congestion.
I focused the Reiki on the crown and heart chakras at first and then on the third eye and sinus region, then finally on the crown and throat chakras relying on the Spirit of Awen to guide me. Immediately after the session his sinuses opened and he could breathe clearly again.
The Spirit of Awen be praised! The Divine Mother, Cerridwen, be blessed! The power of Reiki Healing truly does work wonders!!! :)
